Rules, Policies and Important Information 

Office Hours 

Low Season: Mon-Sat 9am-9pm/ Sun 1pm-8pm

High Season: Mon-Sun 9am-9pm

Guaranteed check-in time is between 2pm-9pm.

 If you think you might arrive later then 9pm please call the office and make arrangements. We will not accept check-ins later than 10:30pm. Late check-ins may be subject to a $25 fee.

Early Check-ins may be subject to a $25 fee. 

Check-out time is 12 noon. A late check-out may be possible and is subject to a $25 fee. Please call the office to make arrange before check-out time.

Firewood and ice are available for sale only during office hours. 

All RVs please park in registration parking. 

All guests and visitors must register in the office before heading down into the campground.

There is a $100 fine and/or immediate eviction for opening the gate or giving out the gate code.  

 All weekends are 2 night minimum.

​Westview RV Park has full subjective discretionary acceptance based on condition, appearance, etc. of all RV's checking in and staying at the campground.

Westview RV Park will make final site assignments. We will always do our best to accommodate your first choice however we do not guarantee specific site choices.  We will always put in a great effort to ensure your stay here at Westview RV Park is amazing!

For bookings longer than 21 days please call the office

Our rates are based on 2 adults and their dependents/site or 4 adults/site. Any extra person

per site it is a $5/person/night charge.

We happily welcome extra visitors to your site. All guests and visitors MUST register in the office before heading into the campground and park in designated parking.

Please be advised that a charge will be billed to the credit card holder who booked the site, if a large group of visitors exceeds the designated site occupancy. 

  • No smoking in any of the buildings. If caught you will be asked to leave with no refund

  • No sharing of the gate code, bathroom or laundry code. Violations will result in an automatic $100 fine and may result in immediate eviction

  • Quiet times are 11pm-8am

  • Speed limit is 20km/hr there is zero tolerance for speeding 

  • All guests and visitors must check-into the office and park in visitor parking

  • If you are going to be a late check in please contact the office and make arrangements before hand

  • We will not accept check-ins past 10:30pm. Late check-ins may be subject to a $25 charge

  • One camping unit per site 

  • Must have tow vehicle here or on standby to move trailer. No dropping off of trailers with no way of moving them

  • No driving or parking on the grass 

  • Waste water must be discharged into the authorized receptacles and never discharged on the ground

  • Sewer collars or approved sealed sewer connections  are required at all times

  • Off-road vehicles such as quads or dirt bikes are not permitted but golf carts are welcome

  • Please no hanging of clotheslines or tarps

  • Your pets are welcome but..... they must be leashed or contained. Friendly dogs only

  • Pets owners are required to clean up after their pets. Failure to do so will result in a $25 fee charged to the credit card on file

  • Do not leave your pets unattended

  • Please no washing of pets in the washroom building

  • Please use the recycle bins for your recyclables and the big bin for your trash

  • Do not use the fire pit as a garbage

  • Please clean up your site of garbage and cigarette butts. Failure to do so will result in a $25 fee charged to the credit card on file 

  • Be respectful of other campers and keep noise to a minimum

  • Fireworks are not permitted 

  • Westview RV Park assumes no responsibility for the personal injury or loss/damage to vehicles or personal property of any kind

  • FREE FISHING !!

  • Barbless hooks must be used

  • Fish at your own risk

  • No fishing after dusk

  • No catch and release allowed

  • No swimming in the pond

  • No pets in the pond or on the floating deck

  • Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times

  • Our Policies

  • ​Full payment is required when making a reservation. Must have a valid credit card and expiry date upon booking.

  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry to the campground by any person or animal without notice or reason.

  • Willful or careless damage to park property, trees etc. will not be tolerated and criminal charges will be laid.

  • Our rates are based for one unit per site. Any additional tents on site will be a $30 charge per night. 

  • Guaranteed check-in is 2pm-9pm. If you think you might be later than 9pm please call the office to make arrangements. We will not accept check-ins later than 10:30pm. Late check-ins may be subject to a $25 fee.

  • Early check-ins maybe subject to a $25 fee.

  • Check-out is 12 noon. A late checkout may be possible and is subject to a $25 fee. Please call the office to arrange. 

  • No sharing of the gate code or bathroom code. Violations will be automatically charged $100 and may result in immediate evection. 

  • Visitors are more than welcome here, but they must check-in to the office first and park in visitor parking. Any incidents that may happen will be the responsibility of the site they are visiting and if any damages happen it will be charged to that sites credit card.

       Cancellation 

  • There will be no refunds for cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in.

  • There will be no refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in on long weekends.  

  • All cancellations are subject to an administration fee of $20 per site. 

  • A Customer is considered a "No Show" when not checked in on starting date of reservation during check-in hours (2pm - 9pm). The campsite will be released for resale. 

  • Notice of late arrival for after hours check-in must be arranged during office hours (9am - 9pm) phone 1-780-312-2222. A late check in may be subject to a $25 charge. We will not accept check-ins past 10:30pm​

  • Refunds​

  • Cancellations with proof of family emergency ( ie: Death) will be refunded from the next day they are called in.

  • No refunds for inclement weather after cancellation deadline date.

  • Absolutely no refunds for an early check-out. 

  • Camping fee refunds are applied to the credit card used for the original transaction.

  • Camping conditions are highly variable throughout the season. Refunds are not given for advisories including weather (rain, wind, snow, temperature), air quality, wild animals, insects/pests (mosquitoes, wasps, mice, geese, etc.), fire bans, liquor bans, car trouble, getting lost or evictions.
